Goat urine jellyshot at Wobble & Co.

Following in the footsteps of The Icecreamists‘ much-publicised Baby Gaga ice-cream – whose key ingredient is real breast milk – comes another creepy creation: London-based jellymongers Wobble & Co. have just launched the ‘Urine Jellyshot’, a small espresso cup-sized jelly made with 1% goat’s urine – purportedly a collagen-booster favoured for years by the Chinese – combined with extracts of green tea, ginseng and a dash of fresh lime juice. Selfless as ever, we tasted it so you don’t have to. It certainly made our lips pucker up – but not in a good way.
