The Chocolate Festival at Southbank

Posted at 1:00 pm, April 7, 2011 in Food & Drink

From 11am tomorrow (to Sunday), The Chocolate Festival – and all its bonbons, bars and brownies – will invade Southbank. Free sessions in the cookery theatre teach holics how to be a chocolate connoisseur or make Amaretto truffles. On Saturday, choc-masters share secrets: William Curley talks about Japanese-inspired chocolates, while ‘Great British Bake Off’ winner Edd Kimber makes brownies. Stalls run by some of London’s top chocolatiers, patisseries and bakeries (Rococo, Cafe On, Exchange Coffee) offer immediate respite for those who simply want to eat the stuff.

For info, see The Chocolate Festival listing.
Where you can you find London’s best hot chocolate and London’s best chocolate shops?
