Kateh restaurant opens
Persian food: the stuff of legends. But with dishes that sound like quatrains from the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, a little help may be needed in translation. The solution? Italian waiters, international staff – but an owner and chef who know how to cook Persian food the proper way. Kateh in Maida Vale mixes the best of East and West – and also does a great khoresht-e fesenjân.
