Sun, sand and….sherry: the best things from Spain often come in threes, including the Cambio de Tercio restaurant chain. It started with the sultry Cambio de Tercio, known for its excellent Spanish wine list and nueva cocina dishes. Then swarthy sibling Tendido Cero came along, specialising in tapas. Now, the dusky Capote y Toros has opened a few doors away from both and concentrates on sherries, hams and modern tapas from across Spain. Great tapas, no bull.
