Salad Bar serves savoury cocktails at Pearl Restaurant & Bar
In conjunction with head chef Jun Tanaka, top mixologist Anthony Balik showcases his credentials at Pearl Restaurant & Bar’s new pop-up Salad Bar (to September 30) which serves gourmet, vegetable-based summer cocktails. The Waldorf is a home-infused walnut vodka with celery, pressed apple and grapes; The Greek contains gin, tomato consommé and cucumber ice cubes. As liquid refreshment goes, this is as cool as it gets.
