Australia Landscape at the British Museum © RBG KewThanks to the British Museum’s annual collaboration with the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, you can now visit Australia without the jet lag. The newly opened ‘Australia Landscape: Kew at the British Museum’ (to October 16) on the museum’s forecourt offers an authentic journey through The Outback. See vegetation from Australia’s different regions like boldly-hued Swan River daisies, kangaroo paw, tea tree, Rhodanthe (Everlastings) and the boggling fire-resistant Balga. Cork hat optional.

For info, see Australia Landscape listing and read full review.
