© East London Craft GuerillaCraft Guerrilla sets up craft events in vacant or unused venues with the aim of bringing communities and friendly businesses together. This Thursday (8-11.30pm), East London Craft Guerilla hosts a D.I.Y. craft night (with the focus on ‘craft, frocks and vintage locks’) which is free and open to all. Walk in, sit down and knit, sew and stitch with some fellow crafty people. Claire Hair – whose motto is ‘beauty is your duty’ – is on hand to transform those in search of a vintage beauty makeover whilst Frillseekers Vintage will sell tip-top secondhand clothing. There will also be limited edition craft packs to buy and make on the night.

  • That’s my knitted dress in the picture, and I’m in it! I’ll be running the knitting workshop, making pretty posies, that you can wear to jazz up that Utility suit.
