Chef Jun Tanaka (above) of Pearl – and more recently the acclaimed Street Kitchen food truck – runs barbecue masterclasses (complete with rare Q&A) in Chancery Court Hotel’s courtyard on July 31 and August 7 (1-4pm). For £45 pp, you’ll learn how to master 5 upmarket barbecue dishes with seafood being the star of the show: cook shell-baked scallops with lime, chili and yuzu; and rosemary-smoked mackerel with horseradish crème fraiche. You will then sit down to eat them all.
