Rushes Soho Shorts Festival screens works by aspiring filmmakers from around the world

Rushes Soho Shorts Festival 2011, July 20-30, ICAOpening today, Rushes Soho Shorts Festival is the UK’s premier short film showcase, screening approximately 148 new movies – many for free – in various venues around Soho over 10 days (to July 29). Screenings, workshops and seminars are open to everyone. The festival is dedicated to providing a platform for aspiring filmmakers from across the world, giving them the opportunity to screen their work, receive feedback and schmooze with industry professionals at BAFTA/Rushes Short Filmmakers’ Market on July 24 (also open to all, booking required).
