Designer Fred Butler hosts screening of ‘The Cockettes’ at Test Presents’ Fashion Film Club
Having previously secured Richard Nicoll and Julie Verhoeven as hosts of its ongoing Test Presents fashion film screenings and talks, Test Mag has invited prop and fashion artist Fred Butler to co-host its next event on August 25 (7.30pm) at Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green with a screening of ‘The Cockettes’, a documentary about the kaleidoscopically-colourful, gender-bending 1970’s performance group, followed by an audience Q&A with the designer herself.
