Organiser Les Dames D’Escoffier – a philanthropic society run by women in the food industry – asks Londoners to de-clutter their kitchens and donate any unwanted cookery books, gadgets, appliances, bakeware, cutlery, utensils and the like to the sale, which is open to all. Donations have already been made by top chefs including Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Michel Roux Senior and Junior, Theo Randall, Anjum Anand and Anton Edelman.
