This Friday (7-9.30pm), Natural History Museum ponders a simple question: how would you cope if you found more than just a fly in your soup? With experts starting to believe that insects could be the key to food sustainability in the future, this is a chance to find out. Aside from hearing experts talk on the field of ‘Entomophagy’ (eating creepy crawlies), guests will be able to tuck in to a tasting menu of 7 insects – cooked and covered in chocolate. Also in attendance is West End restaurant Archipelago, renowned for cooking up some curious creatures. Book now.
