‘Tiny Games’ bring simple fun back to the Southbank Centre

Posted at 7:00 am, August 26, 2011 in Arts & Entertainment

If you have ever wanted to play hopscotch on a busy London pavement, you are in for a treat. Hide&Seek, the new Artists in Residence at the Southbank Centre, have stuck short descriptions of 10 games on the ground around the site, encouraging visitors to have a go and unleash their inner child. Each is site specific to the area they’re in, no equipment or preparation is needed, and like all playground games, it’s absolutely free. Better be quick though – ‘Tiny Games’ will be moving on from September 4.
