Pure Evil gallery previews works by major street artists to be sold at King Robbo fundraising auction
Get ready for the auction of prints and paintings for street artist Robbo on Sunday by checking out the work at a preview this Thursday at 6pm (to September 3) at Pure Evil in Hoxton. The sale aims to raise money for the infamous grafitti artist’s hospital fees and family (he has a young baby) while he remains in a coma after tragically falling outside his home and hitting his head in April. The auction and fundraiser at Cargo (1pm-midnight, auction 8pm) on Sunday sells works by artists including Goldie, Team Robbo, Kid Acne and Blek Le Rat, with DJs, a BBQ and live graffiti art to keep everyone entertained.
