Get on down with Down I Go at The Aubin Cinema

Posted at 5:00 pm, October 5, 2011 in Music & Nightlife

Down I Go is about to become your favorite band, but try not to get too attached: this is the sad farewell to one of the greatest unknown hardcore bands that ever rocked London. Dry your tears and head to The Aubin Cinema in Shoreditch to watch an exclusive free screening of their last ever music video (sob) ‘Poseidon’ this Saturday (4-5.30pm). If you’re unfamiliar with their work, it isn’t too late to check out their previous creations which cover such pressing topics as dinosaurs, disasters, tyrants and Gods (see their new EP). Directed by legendary music video maker Adam Powell (who has worked with Example, Tinchy Stryder, Brother, Jamie T, Skunk Anansie), this is going to be a farewell party to remember.
