If you’re at a loose end before the evening’s bonfire night celebrations this Saturday 5 November, go and learn how to infuse and flavour your own gins at The Forge’s special workshop. Ian Hart from The Sacred Spirits Company will be going through the basics of blending, and there will be a neat 11 varieties of flavoured gins to taste, too. Learn how to infuse warm wintery spices such as coriander, nutmeg and frankincense to add a Christmassy touch to your tipple. Tickets cost £25 per head and the imbibing begins from 4.30pm, lasting until around 6.30pm; canapés will be provided.
