A two-day event held at the premises of the infamous Underground Restaurant (a secret location in north London) on November 4/5, featuring an impressive roll-call of street food vendors, entrepreneurial food bloggers, artisan producers and crafty folk. On the first night is the ‘Food Rave’, where live music, a bonfire and food demonstrations will be taking place (don’t miss Paul A Young’s chocolate masterclass, or E5 Bakehouse’s breadmaking demo). On Saturday afternoon a food-themed ‘Dragon’s Den’-style panel will give budding food purveyors the chance to show off their talents and products. Other highlights include south-east London blogger Helen Graves, who will be selling her perfected jerk marinade (Saturday), plus cod doughnuts and Catalan olive oils from Catalan Cooking (Friday).
For info and to book tickets (£5 per head), see the Underground Farmers’ and Craft Market listing.
