Knoll design furniture sample sale
This Saturday 19 November (10am-4pm), Knoll will fling open its doors for its annual sample sale with up to 70 per cent off designer furniture – selling ex-shoot and showroom pieces. We hear that last year the event pulled in a big crowd (possibly due to the free Prosecco and pastries) and this time, the discounts are just as impressive. Interiors collectors can bag a black Barcelona chair for £899 – usually an eye-watering £4,572 – but Saarinen Tulip Side Tables are a little more affordable at £199, down from £480. Tulip Chairs at £499 (previously priced from £984 each) might still seem steep, but the free booze will no doubt take the edge off the spurge.
