The taste remains at the Free From Food Festival
Proving that you can take out dairy, wheat, eggs, sugar and gluten from cookery without taking out the taste, the Free From Food Festival is bringing stalls, exhibitions, workshops and chef demonstrations to the Southbank Centre (November 25-27). Cutting out certain ingredients from the diet is no longer confined to the allergic – many people now follow a gluten or dairy-free lifestyle out of personal choice, and there’s bound to be plenty to inspire and educate here. It’s also a good chance to pick up edible gifts for friends with coeliac disease (which requires gluten avoidance), or with other food exclusions.
For info, see Free From Food Festival.
