Do your bit for World AIDS Day
G-A-Y promoter Jeremy Joseph is aiming to beat the Guinness World Record for the highest number of HIV tests in an 8 hour period for World AIDS Day. Staffed by the good doctors and nurses of 56 Dean Street Clinic, the HIV testing bus is parked outside G-A-Y Bar on Old Compton Street, and will be open until 10pm tonight doing confidential free and quick tests. I popped down on my lunch break to check it out and support the cause by getting a test. As a certified wimp, I can assure you the process was entirely easy, painless and took less than a minute. Plus G-A-Y will be donating £10 for every test performed to the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Get yourself down there. Sonya Barber
