If you’ve ever wanted to be part of a British record attempt, now is your chance. Mexican burritosters Benito’s Hat, are rolling out the tortillas to make a 65ft long burrito, stuffed to the brims with 3.5kg of tomatillos, 11kg of chicken and 5kg of tomatoes, at their Great Castle Street branch, just off Oxford Street. And that’s not all – one man and one man only, Benito’s Hat head chef Felipe Fuentes Cruz, will lovingly make it. Let’s hope he does it quick before it all gets cold. The action kicks off at 12pm sharp on Wednesday 7 December, where spectators will be encouraged to gobble away for a small donation. David Whelan
