Run away and join the Circus
Set in a disused power station in Shoreditch, this conceptual performance promises to push the boundaries of the imagination with drama beyond belief. Except this isn’t a performance, it’s a theatrical shopping event from 14-18 December (10am-8pm), where all the stall holders have been challenged to come up with a different concept. Having popped in first thing this morning, there wasn’t too much drama going yet and it seemed pretty much your ordinary pop-up fair but it looked like the the theatricals would be coming later. With a line up including Alice Made This, EA Burns, Fred Butler, Boeme, Lost Property of London, Emma Franklin and many more, plus a Lily Vanilli cafe and festive liquid nitrogen ice-cream from Blanch & Shock (Malt and Chestnut or Caramel Beetroot, anyone?), performance or not, there are plenty of other good reasons to drop by and join the Circus.
