To mark the release of food fantasists Bompas & Parr’s how-to guide ‘Cocktails with Bompas & Parr’, they’ll be giving a talk at the V&A on Thursday January 26 (7pm) on how to make your own cocktails out of absolutely anything. Expect a unique ingredient list – explosives, alcohol, ether, gelatin and aphrodisiacs. Tasty stuff.
