Rock around your pint in Highbury
The Snooty Fox, recent winner of the CAMRA North London pub of the season, will be presenting a four-day celebration of real ale and rock ’n’ roll from February 2-5 . Ale House Rock promises 25 unusually flavoured new wave craft beers including Milk Stout from Dark Star and a jasmine-scented IPA from Thornbridge. Unknown Pleasures, a brand new ale dedicated to Joy Division, will also be unveiled by Revolutions Brewing Company. 100 Club DJ and author of ‘The CAMRA Guide to London’s Best Beer, Pubs and Bars’ Des de Moor will join other DJs to play a selection of rock ’n’ roll, soul and rhythm ’n’ blues throughout the weekend.
