To celebrate London Fashion Week we asked a selection of top designers to tell us their favourite spots for shopping, relaxing and getting inspired.

Emma Farrow is the head designer at Topsop Unique, the high-street label with designs on high-end fashion. Each season, Unique holds its own against labels with price tags ten or twenty times as high, and its shows are attended by everyone from Anna Wintour to Kelis.

Shop: Liberty. Everything under one roof from cutting-edge designers to the latest beauty products.

Café: Breakfast Club in Soho for early morning catch-ups with friends.

Bar: 69 Colebrook Row – small, intimate speakeasy-style cocktail bar, with live pianist if you’re lucky!

What are you looking forward to seeing in 2012? Laura Marling at the Hammersmith Apollo in March.

Secret London spot: Golborne Road – Kokon to Zai for unusual world artefacts that I collect for my house and Rellik for collectors vintage. Amazing Moroccan and Portugese street food too.

Hairdresser: Jet Fong at Hands Salon in Soho.

Market: Antiques Thursdays at Spitalfields Market.

Treat: Meringues at Ottolenghi on Saturday afternoons.
