Each week we solve one of London’s great mysteries (as submitted by you, the reader). This week Andrew from Finsbury Park asks: ‘What’s the story behind the rendering of the Royal Family on a wall on Stoke Newington Church Street? Most of the picture has been covered with black paint, but you can still see the monarchy waving from a balcony in the middle…’
