Flat Cap Coffee in a sunny churchyard

Flat Caps Coffee © Rob GreigYou might have seen the Flat Cap Coffee carts at Borough Market, Fleet Street or Strutton Ground in Victoria. Baristas Nathan and Gennaro use Square Mile roasted beans and top equipment to create perfect espresso, despite the challenge of being outdoors. Their latest coffee cart is in the tranquil setting of the Palladian St-Giles-in-the-Fields church, on the northern edge of Covent Garden, near Centrepoint. Besides excellent espressos, the churchyard of St Giles, particularly the south-facing steps of the building, is a perfect spot to catch the sun while getting your caffeine hit.
