Derek Ridgers’ unseen rock and roll portraits
Our favourite secret Soho haunt The Society Club are hosting a new exciting exhibition in their bookshop/cafe/gallery space. This time, it is the turn of legendary music photographer Derek Ridgers to grace the walls with his ‘Unseen’ exhibition opening today (March 29). You may well have not laid eyes on most of these shots and musos will be delighted by this mix of portraits, documentary and live shot including a fresh faced Nick Cave, Iggy Pop on stage and The Cramps. Stop in to peruse the pics, browse the books and enjoy a cuppa. But don’t tell everyone – this place is a well-kept London secret. Sonya Barber
