We’ve received a stunning number of contributions to our London Hotspots Nokia Map, where you’ve been sharing your personal favourite places in London. Below, check out five random treasures that caught our eye, and if you want to submit your own, head over to the map where one lucky contributor will receive four Nokia Lumia 800 phones, plus four tickets to a Jazz Café gig of their choice.

Shadwell Basin: ’It’s like a little quite piece of heaven in a busy city. Walking (or running) around the basin when the sun hits the water and the skyline of Canary Wharf is amazing. And just around the corner is the oldest pub in Wapping, The Prospect of Whitby.’ Map.
The Tea House Theatre, Vauxhall: ’The best tea I’ve ever tasted, and I don’t like tea. Great cakeage. Nice building, lovely windows. Lots of events, evenings now as well as days. Easy to spend a few lazy hours, catching up, or reading papers. Ace staff.’ Map.

The Music & Video Exchange, Notting Hill Gate: ‘Great music & video exchange offering a wealth of underground and rare vinyl for sale or exchange. Part of a larger chain of exchange shops in the area including a retro clothing exchange, computer exchange and more. Well worth a visit if you’re looking for some rare vinyl,’ says one contributor. ‘Many, many choices for records lovers! Very nice people, very cheap records’ adds another. Map.

LMNT, Dalston: ‘LMNT is unique. With its crazy Egyptian motif, its X-rated toilets, its creative cocktails, its ingenious nook seating, and mostly its very reasonable prices for some great tasting food, there’s no reason NOT to go here. Go before 7pm and the prices are even lower!’ Read our review.
Mrs Robinson, Dulwich: ‘A great place to pick up that last minute gift. There’s a great selection of contempory and vintage items for the home.’ Map.
