Small people with big appetites

We love Seattle-based artist Christopher Boffoli’s beautiful shots of teeny tiny people and although they are great in books and online, we’re excited to see them up on the wall as part of a new group show at Flaere Gallery (May 21-28). There may be a lot of photos using mini people floating about these days but Christopher’s Big Appetite series of hand-painted people remains one of our fave. Come watch them wrestling lobsters, scaling mountains of food and generally just getting up to mischief. You’ll never look at a boiled egg the same way again.
