If you’re looking for an escape to the country, but can’t be bothered to go outside of the M25, then a trip to Petersham Nurseries always hits the spot. What’s more, there’s a new chef in town, in the shape of Greg Malouf, from Melbourne. The impeccable sourcing remains, and Malouf has added to his predecessor Skye Gyngell’s bright, Mediterranean-leaning menu with some colourful creations of his own, such as rabbit on a Greek-inspired parsnip purée and an Arabesque sweet-and-savoury duck pie.
