Fill up at the filling station: Shrimpy’s pop-up restaurant
Talk about turning a sow’s ear into a silk purse. The former filling (ie petrol) station on King’s Cross’s Goods Way is due for the wrecking ball in 2014, but in the meantime, it has been turned into a striking and super-cool diner by veterans of the pop-up restaurant scene, Pablo Flack and David Waddington of Bistrotheque.
