Keep it simple at @HixRestaurants’s Tramshed
Proof that less can definitely be more, this latest offering from Mark Hix (he of Hix Oyster & Chophouse and Hix, to name a few) deals in just chicken or steak. Sure, there are starters, puds, and bar snacks, but for your main course you’ll be having steak and chips, chicken and chips, or steak/chicken on salad. It’s not half bad, neither.
