The square mile may be best known for bankers, business and busyness – but this weekend, it is hanging up his bowler hat and indulging in a spot of leisure time. Head down to Tower Bridge tonight (6.30-9pm) for a rare free stroll along the top bridge walkways, pop along to Cheapside tomorrow when the street will be closed off and packed full of beer tastings, livery demos, performances etc or get a sneaky peek behind the usually closed doors of Masion Hall, Goldmsiths court room or Guildhall on Sunday. There are tonnes of other freebies to be sampled too, including pampering, walks, talks, music and historic London film screenings.
