Our list of 100 best dishes in London is a sure fire way to get you hungry. Sweet, savoury, spicy, fancy, cheap, exotic and classic – this is one hell of an edible bucket list. As if that wasn’t enough to get your mouthwatering, we’ve also asked some of London’s best food bloggers to pick their fave dishes in the capital. Today, it’s the turn of Uyen Luu, of Leluu, whose top ten dishes include Spaghetti with truffle at 500 Restaurant and the lamb shish at Beyti, and just for you we asked her to tell us more about her absolute favourite…

Beef Pho
‘It reminds me of the comforts of home wherever I may be. As with most Vietnamese, I constantly crave a bowl of pho and am always in search of a good one. The prefect broth comes laced with warm fragrant spices of coriander seeds, cinnamon and cloves, topped with fresh herbs, spring onions and citrus. The noodles have a bite to them, and each mouthful feels nourishing to the body and mind.’
