Opera di Peroni

When you think of opera, you may well imagine massive period costumes with even bigger wigs and a snooty crowd. Well, those days are over, for a short time at least, as Peroni have collaborated with Kwes and GO Opera to create contemporary productions of authentic Italian operas. The project hopes to appeal to a new generation of opera fans, taking classic opera and giving it a modern twist and an eclectic soundtrack. Opera di Peroni is launching outside at Regent’s Place on July 5-7 featuring live performances from Kwes and other surprises. Book now. Carly-Ann Clements
