Standup-turned-actor-turned-filmmaker Bobcat Goldthwait may still be best known for playing squeaky oddball Zed in the ‘Police Academy’ movies, but that’s only because his extraordinary films (from 1991’s alcoholic freakout ‘Shakes the Clown’ to 2009’s stark, satirical comedy masterpiece ‘World’s Greatest Dad’) haven’t had the distribution they deserve. Every attendee also gets a free hot dog and a beer, for the full July 4 experience.
