A good steak, in many ways, is the Holy Grail of cooking. It should be as simple as ‘buy good meat, show meat the pan, put meat on plate’ – with the option of sauce if you are getting really fancy. But with so many restaurants getting this seemingly simple dish wrong, we though it was high time we highlighted a few of the goodies.
