The restaurant game is notoriously tough. Every day, restaurants across the country, run by hard-working (and often sensible) people, go bust. So why would Nicola ‘superwoman’ Horlick (you know the one: City hotshot, six kids, makes most of us feel a bit inadequate) get into the restaurant game? Because it’s what her daughter would have wanted. Before Georgina, Nicola’s eldest child, tragically died from leukaemia aged 12, she dreamed of a restaurant that would offer all of her favourite foods. But would she approve of the finished result?
