High life: London from the Rooftops
Everything looks different from above. Whether you’re flying across the city or gazing at the horizon from the top of an apartment block, something magical happens up high. For nearly 10 years, photographer James Burns has been taking advantage of the tallest London tower blocks, snapping everything on the skyline from well known landmarks to lesser known spots. He’s chosen 45 of the best views from his collection including colourful sunrises, industrial concrete and open green spaces for his current show ‘London from the Rooftops’ at theprintspace gallery (until August 22).
