Calling all Shoreditch prowlers. If you’re fed up of stumbling to the nearest Chicken Cottage or Abra-Kebabra after a day and/or night of giggles and tipples then look no further. Offering cocktails, street food and a plethora of activities, Red Market Pop-Up provides all your east London shenanigans under one tented roof. And if you weren’t already convinced (which you obvs were), this weekend sees the return of Hackney WickED. If you want a Saturday warm up or you’re just an Eastender through and through, the two day festival offers an alternative to Notting Hill Carnival festivities. Showcasing local artists, live music, a world of food and sand castles, who can really ask for more?
There’s a whole host of events and activities scheduled at Red Market Pop-Up so head on down to try some local fare and recline in a hammock post-feast before it disappears for another year on September 2. Carly-Ann Clements
