We declare this the year of ceviche. Since the restaurant of the same name opened earlier in the year, this raw, lime-marinated fish dish has been popping up on menus all over London. Latest to take on the Peruvian speciality are pop-up operation Don Ceviche who will be serving their version from October 3-5 at The Art Cellar. Also on offer at this art and culture event in Holborn is work from emerging artists and live music. Entry to the event is £9; food and cocktails are around a fiver.
