Rekorderlig Winter Forest Bar

Elk sausage rolls, Swedish meatballs, grilled herring and fruit-flavoured cider… must be the latest Nordic food venture. From October 26 to November 6, the Boiler House at the Truman Brewery (where they usually have food stalls at the weekend) will be transformed into the Winter Forest pop-up bar, complete with pine trees, Swedish small bites from Norse by Norsewest and cocktails containing cinnamon-spiced cider. Tickets (£5) are available on the door and include a tasting tray of Swedish Rekorderlig ciders. Skål!
