Going deeper underground: Max Roberts discusses the future of the Tube map at @DesignMuseum

Posted at 5:30 pm, February 18, 2013 in Transport

A couple of weeks ago, we showed you an alternative Tube map designed by Max Roberts: A map made of concentric circles with an Underground roundel whack bang in the middle of it. The extravagant overhaul seemed to be quite popular as many of you commented, liked and shared the innovative design and with such interest in Dr Roberts’s designs, we thought you might want to know that he’s giving a talk at the Design Museum tomorrow (Feb 19) at 7.30pm. Presenting a catalogue of visual experiments as well as discussing his findings, Roberts will take you on a journey through the evolution of the Underground and into its future. Carly-Ann Clements
