Believe the hype: Balthazar opens for lunch
Rarely has a London restaurant been quite so hyped – or so hard to get into. But now it’s in its third week, Balthazar in Covent Garden is slowly opening its door not just for a select few for dinner, but also at lunchtimes (from Wed 6 March). Eventually it will open for breakfast, brunch, and become a true continental-style brasserie… just not yet. We’ll keep you posted when it does.
