If you like good, wholesome, not-quite-clean fun then have we got an event for you. The trusty guys at The London Honey Company are inviting visitors to their HQ to spend a morning swatting up on the best ways to create bio-diversity and entice insect life into your gardens on April 27. Learn all about urban living, focusing on creating micro-meadows in handy containers rather than full-size gardens. The event is run by city beekeeper Steve Benbow and gardening journalist Alys Fowler, who’ll both be on hand to offer top advice on how to entice the coolest kids of the insect world into your neck of the woods. Adam Bloodworth
