Covering a full Caribbean meal, from starter through to pudding, you’ll learn how to create the likes of saltfish salad, breadfruit cakes, plantain gratins and flambé mango. All of which will come teamed with a selection of top-notch agricole (sugar cane) rums. And if you get too merry to remember the recipes afterwards, don’t worry: they’ll email them to you at home.
