Kate Moross Custom Christiania Cargo Bike

Are you put off cycling because you have to much stuff to carry around and don’t want your bike to look like a Christmas tree? Have you considered a cargo bike? You could actually carry a Christmas tree in one of these bad boys. Plus, they are about to become a lot more readily available as new cargo bike retailer London Green Cycles opens in Camden.

Until now London Green Cycles has been run by Roman Magula (formerly of Velorution) from his kitchen in South London. However, as demand has considerably grown he has had to move to larger premises. LGC specialises in tricycles, cargo bikes and custom fabrications that have previously seen bikes converted into cocktail bars, mobile dustbins and postal vehicles. They have also been commissioned to create a mobile market stall and mobile kitchen. The one pictured was customized for Kate Moross using the illustrator’s designs. Jude Brosnan
