In pictures: urban explorers scale the chimneys of Battersea Power Station

We freaked out just looking at the photos of a pair of trainers perched 100 metres above London and their owners cheerily dangling from the chimneys of Battersea Power Station attached to a rope. You’ve got to hand it to them, urban explorer Bradley Garrett and pals have nerve. Last year they snuck into the Shard before it was built and posted pics from the top. And now the ‘space hackers’ have crashed another London icon – Battersea Power Station – for one last climb before its long-awaited redevelopment into flats. They shared the first pics of their hair-raising climb with us.
