You may remember that back in May we asked you to vote for Time Out Magazine for Cover of the Year at the PPA Awards. Well, the PPA big bash was last night and we are delighted to announce that with all your fantastic help, we won! That’s not all, we also picked up the prize for International Consumer Brand of the Year which we’re also incredibly chuffed about. WOOP!
Tim Arthur, editor-in-chief, was at last night’s ceremony and he said: ‘On behalf of everyone at Time Out I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who voted for Time Out’s cover. I had promised to video myself doing a victory dance in the office if we won Cover of the Year and I will be as good as my word! To win International Consumer Brand of the Year for the third year out of four is also an incredible honour and entirely due to the fantastic work our amazing international partners and editorial teams have been doing right around the world. 2012 was a phenomenal year for all of us at Time Out and 2013 looks like it’s going to be even more exciting. Thanks again to the PPA and congratulations to all the other winners.’
